Refund policy
In order to be returned, the product is unused and tagged in the same state as when received, and must be included in the original package. You also need a receipt or a proof of purchase.
Please contact Contact@lufon.jp to start the return. Items returned without requesting returns are not accepted.

Check your order at the reception, and if you receive defective, damaged items, or wrong products, please contact us immediately.
Sorry, we cannot accept returns for sale items, reserved products and gift cards.
We will receive returns, notify them at the time of inspection, and let us know if refunds have been approved. When approved, refunds are automatically refunded by the original payment method. Remember that banks and credit card companies may take some time to process refunds.
